Binz is the largest seaside resort on the German island of Rügen (Baltic Sea). Binz is famous for its charming and well-kept historical resort architecture, the variety of cultural and special events, the hunting lodge Grantiz, the pedestrian area with shops and restaurants, the seafront with the mile-long beach  and the natural scenery, close to the Jasmund National Park and its chalk cliffs. Our vacation house Ivory is located on a slope in neighborhood area with a mix of tourist and local residents. By foot you only needs approx. 10 minutes to the pedestrian area and approx. 15 minutes to the seafront.

As you might see, our house with his 120 square meter leving space is concepted as a townhouse with 3 floors, high-quality furnished and equipped and therefore different to other houses. It is a non-smoking house where pets are not allowed

The Ground Floor is the entrance area with stairs to the main floors.

The first floor combined living & dining room with TV, Internet & WLan, kitchen, guest-bathroom, balcony and the exit to a small garden.

In the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms, the main bathroom. 

You will find two parking place on the site and a Garage (additional option).
